Skillsark is an EdTech platform designed to teach high-income technical skills. Yes, we have an affiliate program, but we are NOT a "get-rich-quick" scheme.
We pride ourselves on being a responsible seller. We actively police our Partners to ensure they are selling our courses based on the actual value of the education, not by luring people with fake promises of overnight wealth.
If you are a Skillsark Affiliate Partner, you must adhere to these rules. Violation leads to an instant ban and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
You cannot promise someone they will "make ₹50,000 in their first week." Results require hard work, learning, and execution. You must be honest about the effort required.
You cannot sell the course by simply saying "buy this link to make money." You MUST explain that they are buying an educational course about AI, App Building, or Automation.
You cannot pretend to be a corporate employee, founder, or official support channel for Skillsark. You must clearly present yourself as an Affiliate Partner or Student.
Pressuring vulnerable individuals, minors, or using manipulative tactics to force a sale is strictly forbidden. We want students who genuinely want to learn.
If a Skillsark partner sold you this course by hiding the context, promising guaranteed passive income without work, or lying to you—we have your back.
As a responsible company, we do not tolerate bad actors ruining our reputation. If you fell victim to a scammy affiliate tactic, follow these exact steps within your 7-Day Refund Window:
Gather proof of the conversation (screenshots of DMs, WhatsApp chats, or voice notes where they lied to you).
Email our compliance team directly at compliance@skillsark.in with the subject: "Anti-Lure Report - [Your Order ID]".
Attach your screenshots and explain how you were misled.
