1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, your request must be submitted within exactly 7 days (168 hours) from the exact timestamp of your purchase.

If you purchased the course on a Monday at 2:00 PM, your refund window closes the following Monday at 1:59 PM.
Requests received even one hour past this deadline will be automatically rejected by our system.

2. How to Request a Refund

We do not accept refund requests via Instagram DMs, YouTube comments, or Twitter. To initiate a refund, you must follow the official procedure:

Log in to your dashboard at portal.skillsark.in.
Navigate to the Support Tickets section.
Create a new ticket with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".
Alternatively, you can email us from your registered email address at support@skillsark.in.

3. Conditions That Void The Guarantee

Strict Enforcement

While we stand by our guarantee, we actively protect our intellectual property from bad actors. Your refund request will be immediately denied, regardless of the 7-day window, if our system logs show any of the following:

Account Sharing: Logins from multiple, distant IP addresses or a highly unusual number of devices.
Content Scraping: Use of extensions or software to bulk-download or rip our video content.
Excessive Consumption: If you have completed 100% of the course modules within the first few days just to claim a refund. The guarantee is for those testing if the program is a fit, not for "speed-running" the content for free.

4. Partner/Affiliate Earnings & Refunds

If you purchased a program through a Skillsark Partner's affiliate link and subsequently request a refund, the commission generated for that Partner will be voided.

If you are a Skillsark Partner and you request a refund for your own course enrollment, your affiliate account will be terminated, and any pending commissions will be forfeited.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, your access to portal.skillsark.in will be revoked immediately.
