Zero Tolerance Policy
Your account at portal.skillsark.in is granted for your individual, personal use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
To protect our intellectual property, we utilize advanced security tracking. We strictly log IP addresses, device IDs, and login patterns. If our system detects suspicious activity, such as simultaneous logins from different geographical locations, constant IP switching, or excessive device usage, your account will be automatically flagged.
Penalty: Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of your account. No warnings will be given, and no refunds will be issued. We also reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against individuals distributing our copyrighted material.
Skillsark provides educational content primarily focused on AI, No-Code development, and business automation. Upon successful enrollment and payment, students receive access to their purchased content via our dedicated learning management system.
Nature of Content: The majority of our course materials consist of high-definition, pre-recorded video lectures and downloadable text assets. While we may occasionally host live Q&A sessions or workshops, the core curriculum is explicitly designed to be self-paced and on-demand.
We are dedicated to helping our students succeed. However, to maintain efficiency, fairness, and quality across thousands of students, all one-to-one technical support, account inquiries, and curriculum questions are handled exclusively through our Ticketing System within the student portal.
We do not offer on-demand live phone calls, Zoom troubleshooting, or instant screen-share support. Our instructors and support team process tickets during standard business hours (Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST).
Payments: All course fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access is granted instantly upon the gateway confirming realization of payment.
Refund Policy: We offer a strict 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within exactly 7 days (168 hours) of your purchase timestamp by raising a support ticket. Refunds requested after the 7-day period will be automatically rejected.
Enrolled students gain access to the Skillsark Affiliate Partner Program, allowing them to resell the courses for a commission. By participating, you agree to market our programs ethically and honestly.
Prohibited Marketing: Partners are strictly prohibited from using spam, making false income guarantees, misleading advertisements, bidding on branded keywords ("Skillsark"), or impersonating Skillsark corporate employees. We reserve the right to withhold pending payouts and permanently terminate partner accounts if promotional methods violate these terms.
All videos, texts, graphics, templates, custom code blocks, and scripts provided on skillsark.in and portal.skillsark.in are the exclusive property of Skillsark Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the materials for personal educational use only.
You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, or create derivative works from any material owned by Skillsark without explicit written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Skillsark and its instructors are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms or in connection with our platform, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data.
